上次， 我们少儿英语故事说到幻想鹿Iris不计前嫌地帮助懒惰猪Jimmy把皮球从树上弄下来，懒惰猪Jimmy也对Iris表达了歉意和谢意，大家又和好如初了。
It was about time for all the fruit to ripen, and on this morning Teacher Rolin prepared to bring the students to the orchard to pick the fruit. Once they entered the orchard, everyone was immediately excited to see such big, round fruit, and to smell the sweet fragrance it all gave off.
最近刚好是水果成熟的季节，这天早上，猫头鹰老师Rolin准备带懒惰猪Jimmy他们一起去果园摘水果。一进入果园，大家都显得特别兴奋，一个个水果又大又圆，还散发着香甜的水果气息。
Everyone carried their own basket, and began to pick fruit. Victor chose to pick apples, but Iris wanted to pick pomegranates. Pandora decided she would pick pears, because they were her favorite. Before long, everyone was sweaty, but they kept picking the fruit.
大家各自拿着一个水果篮，开始准备摘水果。皮皮猩Victor选择摘苹果，幻想鹿想要摘石榴，而呆萌象Pandora想摘梨，因为他最喜欢吃梨啦。没一会，大家都已经满头是汗，但仍然努力地用双手采摘水果。
Only Jimmy felt a little tired, and wanted to be a bit lazy, so he ran over and lay down under a tree to rest. Without realizing it, he fell asleep!
只有懒惰猪Jimmy觉得有点疲倦，想要偷懒一会，于是一个人偷偷地跑到树下躺着休息，没想到渐渐地就睡着了。
When Jimmy woke up, the sun was already disappearing behind the mountains. He felt very hungry, but there wasn’t anything in his basket. Teacher Rolin walked over and said, “You’re hungry, aren’t you? Everyone was working hard to pick fruit, and they can eat it when they’re finished. Why don’t you go pick some fruit too?” So Jimmy picked up his basket and went to pick fruit with everyone else.
等懒惰猪Jimmy醒来的时候，太阳已经快下山了。他感到肚子非常的饿，可是篮子里却什么也没有。这时，猫头鹰老师Rolin走了过来：“是不是肚子饿了没东西吃呢?你看，大家都在认真地采摘水果，摘完就可以吃啦，你要不要也去摘一下呢?”于是Jimmy拿起篮子认真地和大家一起采摘水果。
When Jimmy ate the very first fruit he picked on his own, he was so happy. Teacher Rolin smiled, and said “You can’t be lazy. Only hard work bears fruit.” Jimmy’s face went red, and he said, “I’m sorry, teacher. I’ll work hard next time.”
当懒惰猪Jimmy吃到第一颗自己亲手采摘的果实时，他开心极了。猫头鹰老师Rolin笑了笑说：“不能每次都想偷懒，只有付出了劳动才能收获果实。”懒惰猪脸红地点点头，说：“对不起老师，我以后一定好好劳动。”
In the end, everyone happily helped carry a huge basket full of fruit back home.
最后，大家背着满满一筐的水果高高兴兴地回家啦。
Soon, though, Victor and his classmates would go mountain climbing. What would happen then? We’ll find out soon!
接下来，皮皮猩Victor他们要去爬山啦，这次会发生什么趣事呢?
