上次我们的少儿英语故事说到呆萌象Pandora痊愈了，并跟着大家一起回家了。马上就要放暑假啦，大家都非常开心，因为可以一起去旅游了。但是，在放假之前要进行期末考试。
The testing day had finally arrived. Everyone arrived to class early and sat in their seats, ready for the test. The bell rang, and Teacher Rolin walked in holding a bundle of test papers. He said, “Students, today we will have our final exam. First, we’ll do math.”
这一天，终于要考试了。大家都早早地背上书包来到教室，坐在自己的座位上准备考试。上课铃声响了，猫头鹰老师Rolin抱着一沓试卷走了进来，并说到：“同学们，今天我们进行期末考试，现在考的科目是数学。”
Victor waited confidently for Teacher Rolin to pass out the exam, because he was the best student in math class! But Iris and Jimmy weren’t so happy. They often failed in math. Teacher Rolin often made them stay after school for tutoring.
皮皮猩Victor自信满满地等待Rolin老师分发试卷，因为皮皮猩Victor的数学学得最好啦!但是幻想鹿Iris和懒惰猪Jimmy就没有那么开心了，因为他们的数学经常不及格，猫头鹰Rolin老师经常为他们单独补习。
The bell rang again, and everyone prepared to begin the test. Jimmy, however, wrinkled his brow, and after a while, he began to fall asleep!
铃声再一次响了起来，大家纷纷开始答题。但是懒惰猪Jimmy却一直皱着眉头一动不动，过了一会，他竟然趴在桌上开始睡觉!
Teacher Rolin was very angry, and called for Jimmy to wake up, and told him, “Jimmy, this is a test! Not only is sleeping here disrespectful to your teacher, it will influence the other students. Why aren’t you doing your test? Do you want a zero?”
猫头鹰老师Rolin十分生气，走过去叫醒了懒惰猪Jimmy并且告诉他：“Jimmy，这里是考场，你在这里睡觉不仅不尊重老师，还会影响到其他同学。你为什么不考试呢?你要拿0分的成绩吗?”
Jimmy rubbed his eyes and said sadly, “Teacher, I’m sorry. I want to do the test, but I really can’t. Even if I try, it wouldn't be correct. I may as well just sleep.”
Jimmy揉了揉眼睛，难过地说：“Rolin老师，对不起，我也想考试，但是我真的不会做。我觉得写了也写不对，那还不如睡大觉呢。”
Teacher Rolin sighed, then said, “Jimmy, nothing is unachievable. Do you really not even want to try? I think you can do it!”
猫头鹰老师Rolin叹了一口气，然后对Jimmy说到：“Jimmy，有一句话叫'世上无难事，只怕有心人'，你真的不想再试试吗?我觉得，你一定可以战胜数学的。”
What will Jimmy do after hearing Teacher Rolin’s response? Can he conquer the math final? We’ll find out next week.
